On June 6th, 2024, the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Vehicle Conference and Exhibition was held at the Automotive Exhibition Center. In order to further promote the deep integration of hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry, academia and research, and promote the achievements of national fuel cell demonstration applications, the Shanghai urban agglomeration relies on the resources of fuel cell core component enterprises to create the Shanghai urban agglomeration fuel cell demonstration science and technology innovation research base 2.0. By carrying out a series of activities on the theme of fuel cells, we provide young people with ecological civilization practice sites with industrial characteristics, promote the close integration of education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, assist the development of hydrogen energy industry, and accelerate the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal.

        At the meeting, Chen Kele, Deputy Director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and Chen Jie, Assistant General Manager of Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co., Ltd., jointly awarded the title of "Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration and Research Base" to representatives of 13 core component leading enterprises, including fuel cell systems, membrane electrodes, bipolar plates, proton exchange membranes, catalysts, etc. The Shanghai Urban Agglomeration Fuel Cell Demonstration and Application Science and Technology Innovation and Research Map 2.0 was officially released.
