operating duty:

Participate in the manufacturability analysis of new and changed products, and develop process validation plans to validate new materials, processes, and equipment during the process.

Responsible for the preparation of process documents such as process files, process drawings, BOM, etc. after product release, organizing relevant departments to review and release them.

Responsible for the trial production work during the introduction of mass production projects, organizing technical preparation meetings to drive various departments to prepare for trial production, assisting the factory in analyzing process problems after production, proposing solutions to process problems, and tracking the effectiveness and progress of the solutions.

According to the company's development strategy, participate in the development and validation of new processes and equipment, and be responsible for improving existing processes, developing plans, and validating them.

Participate in process standardization and workflow work, complete the preparation of relevant processes and document standardization in the process of quality system construction for the process department.

Participate in the establishment of a process knowledge base, solidify the technical requirements for various fixtures and molds during the solidification process, and develop acceptance criteria for fixtures and molds.

Qualifications for the position:

Bachelor's degree or above (major in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields)

Proficient in using AutoCAD, UG or Catia, Office;

Good communication and expression skills, adept at regulating and handling relationships among all parties.
