Development and screening analysis of raw materials, formulation of relevant testing and evaluation plans;

According to the requirements of the development project, develop project implementation plans and schedules, and be able to independently design and verify experimental plans;

Process optimization and failure event handling are carried out based on product characteristic requirements to optimize product characteristics;

Reasonably analyze the characteristic resin;

Coordinate different departments and arrange testing according to the testing plan;

Develop relevant technical and management documents.

Job requirements:

Master's degree or above, major in polymer chemistry, organic synthesis, fine chemical engineering, applied chemistry or related fields; Familiar with testing and characterization methods for polymer materials;

Priority will be given to research and development fields involving ion resin synthesis, ion resin applications, and membrane materials;

Research and development in the field of composite bonding adhesives and sealing materials for the new energy industry, with rich experience in the development of modified bonding adhesives such as polyurethane, acrylic acid, and epoxy, is preferred;

Rigorous in work, with a sense of confidentiality, good execution ability, learning ability, good stress resistance, and excellent project management skills;

Has good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
