Development and screening analysis of raw materials, formulation of material evaluation and analysis strategies;

Research and development of electrocatalytic material preparation process, improvement of formula and process flow;

Process optimization and failure event handling are carried out based on product characteristic requirements to optimize product characteristics;

Material testing characterization;

Develop relevant technical and management documents.

Job requirements:

Master's degree or above, major in materials, chemical engineering, electrocatalysis or related fields;

Good internal and external coordination, communication, exchange, and organizational skills;

Proactive problem-solving awareness, good planning and execution skills;

Capable of enduring hardship and having a strong ability to handle work pressure.
