TangFeng Energy is actively promoting the development of membrane electrode assemblies and catalysts for hydrogen production from water electrolysis. Based on the professional research team in the field of water electrolysis and combined with the advanced production technique of membrane electrode assemblies for PEM water electrolysis, TangFeng Energy could provide customers with formulations of variable loads of membrane electrode assemblies and catalysts for hydrogen production from water electrolysis. IrO2 with a primary particle size of 3-4 nm manufactured by TangFeng Energy is conducive to the enhancement of its OER activity and excellent crystallinity contributing to improve the durability of the products.
TangFeng Energy is committed to the sustainable research and development of the catalysts, which is the core raw material for membrane electrode assemblies, and constantly enhances the performance of the catalysts. They have been applied to the production of membrane electrode assemblies in batch by TangFeng Energy, and have been imported into the systems of domestic head OEMs and fuel cell stacks manufacturers after the verification of replacement with localization. The membrane electrode assemblies have been applied to two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, heavy trucks, buses, power stations, energy storage and other fields in batch, with a cumulative total of more than 1,000 sets of systems.
Low-platinum-loading, high-performance membrane electrode assemblies independently innovated by TangFeng Energy, the technical index of platinum consumption per unit power of fuel cell stack has reached the world’s advanced level. Products solved the contradiction between low-platinum loading and high power density, the contradiction between low-platinum loading and long life usage and the contradiction between low-platinum loading and wide working conditions. TangFeng energy delivered the first alloy catalysts-MEAs in large quantities.
